One Week Down!!!


I have been in school for a week now, and I'm feeling overwhelmed. We have only done the muscles of the back and it's a lot to remember. But I have to remember that other people have made it through. We had a white coat ceremony as an official welcome into the medical field. It was really nice except for the all inclusive invocation. This "prayer" felt really misguided because it didn't know which god it was being addressed. Everything else has been a good review. I know I can make it through this. Just remember people, I would like some emails once in awhile.

I'm finally doing it!!

I have been on this island for over a week and things are starting to get chaotic. Today is the third day of class, and I have been inundated with information. Yesterday we started with the anatomy lab. That's when it hit me -- I am in medical school. No more fun for me. As soon has I have more access to the internet, pictures of life down here will be posted. Sorry, no pictures of the cadaver.
